How do I know the model number of the product that I have?
The model number of the product is available on the packaging in large print. If you are not able to find it, look for the barcode on the packaging. The model number of the product is usually available above the barcode. The model number can also be found directly on the product itself. For lights, it is usually engraved on the head ring of the light itself. If you are not able to determine the model number, go though our website and try to match the photo of the light that best resembles the light that you own.
