Obtain
RMA number and address for the nearest PentagonLight
Service Center.
3.
Properly
pack merchandise with all parts in its original
packaging.
4.
Ship return
package to the nearest PentagonLight Service Center.
If the product fails as a result of defects in materials or
workmanship covered under our lifetime warranty, please call
or email our Customer Service Department. PentagonLight™
will provide technical advices and issue an authorization number
if it is necessary to return an item. The return authorization
number must accompany any returned items to assure proper credit.
All return merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid and may
subject to a 15% restocking fee. However, returned merchandise
will be inspected and test by PentagonLight™, and a final
determination as to whether any credit adjustment is due will
be made by Pentagon Scientific Corporation.
